Question: How do we translate the eccentric vision of our founder into a scalable and cohesive democratic brand guide and a clear investable business strategy which champions our commitments to sustainability?

Answer: A week-long deep dive with all team members in Palma de Mallorca and countless hours development with The Hall Collection leadership delivered user-friendly brand positioning guides rooted in new audience profiles for parent company and owned properties / experiences, enabling unity across the portfolio, as well as distilling the founder’s vision into a clear proposition and growth framework under a new parent brand.

Additionally, Matt’s proposal of appointing nature to the board will see The Hall Collection as the first brand in Hospitality to make such an environmental commitment.

Impact: Propositions for all owned properties, training guides for staff and third-party agencies and clear growth strategy / framework, enabling greater efficacy of the collection, increasing occupancy out of season and progressing a €23m investment raise.
